Experimental: movie based work
"The
definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and
expecting a different result."
-
Albert Einstein
I have always been experimental with my artwork, I have art ADHD.
I get bored with a style because it drains away any passion and interest
that I have in a subject. But, it bucks a system in art that expects an
artist to have a style. Do I have a style? I don't know, but I
know if I keep doing the same thing again and again that I will get
bored. Boredom = no more art. So I try a lot of things, I
push out in a lot of directions- and I try to keep it fun. The
pages in my experimental area have a lot of variety: a children's
book, sequential work, ink/line work, a movie prop sketchbook, and at
least one peice of toast art. Explore, have fun...that's the goal.
